Most cycling jerseys announce themselves. You feel the seams, notice the weight, fight the drag. The AeroCOOL was designed to do the opposite.
The Italian Fabric Difference
We source our primary knit from a third-generation mill in Bergamo, northern Italy. The fabric is a 140g/m² blend engineered for maximum airflow at race pace.
The open-cell structure creates thousands of micro-channels across the torso and sleeves. At speed, these channels pull heat and moisture away from the skin. In testing across 3,000km of California riding, riders reported 40% less perceived heat buildup.
AeroCOOL Fit: Engineered for the Tuck
The AeroCOOL uses a 6-panel construction mapped to the aggressive riding position. The front panel sits 8% shorter than standard. The sleeve angle is cut 12° forward. Zero bunching at the hip flexors, zero sleeve migration.
Built for California. Ready for Anywhere.
Developed on the Whittier climbs, Angeles Crest, and Pacific Coast Highway. Four back pockets, full-length Italian YKK zipper, gripper hem that stays put.
The Jersey That Disappears
The best piece of gear is the one you forget you are wearing. After enough miles in the AeroCOOL, that is exactly what happens.
AeroCOOL Long Sleeve Jersey launches April 5th. Available in 14 colorways.
